Your documents and plans
CV and SOP fields and photographs are processed in your browser. The document builders do not submit their content to our server. Your application tracker, budget, upfront cash plan and checklist are saved in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data can erase your plan; exporting a backup makes a file on your device.
Contact and feedback
If you email us, your email provider delivers the information you choose to send to abroadwise.team@gmail.com. Gmail compose links open a draft in your browser; you send it yourself. If you open a shortlist in the enquiry form, the draft is transferred using this tab’s session storage, then removed from that storage. It is not sent until you submit. If you submit the consultation form, the name, reply email, study preferences and message you enter are sent through Web3Forms for email delivery to the team.
When you submit the feedback form, your name, reply email, rating, category and message are sent through Web3Forms for email delivery to the AbroadWise team. Your CV, SOP, photograph, country-match answers and local planner are not part of that request. Web3Forms processes form data under its privacy policy. Avoid including financial records, identity documents or other sensitive material in feedback.
Document downloads
Document downloads are free and require no account. The builders prepare PDF and Word files in your browser. Your CV/SOP text, photographs and local planner are not sent to our server to authorize a download.
Site activity
If the site's analytics database is enabled, we store daily aggregate page-view and document-download event counts. These events contain the event type and page path, without document contents, names or email addresses. Browser-tab session storage prevents counting repeated session visits in the same tab. Our hosting provider processes technical request data to operate the site.
External links
Official university and government links take you to other websites with their own policies. Country information is a planning starting point; verify current programme requirements and fees with the institution and responsible authority.
Questions or deletion requests
Contact abroadwise.team@gmail.com about information sent to the team. Browser-local plans can be removed through your browser's site data settings.
